Went to phone you and reallised was in middke of Atlantic so no signal... On way to maderia at the mo after leaving the caribbean, was totaly fantatsic again, no chance to go diving again but cool all the same!

The ship is good, people are cool and actually starting to understand half the jargon the other engineers keep spouting!

Glad you are still having fun, and now even more as Sally's there... Feel really sorry for the place, both of you at once, what the hell did it ever do to you?! Hehe!!

I hope that you are still having a fab time and not working too hard ha ha! At least you have a drinking buddy with you now. Daniel has been unwell with Chicken Pox and as a boy he's been REALLY ill with it. Has winging down to an art bless him!
I have had another scan. All is well although the baby is a complete fidget so i will have fun later on! I already have a bump and am making no excuses for eating more chocolate.

HEY GIRLIES!!!!!! Now remember, neither of you are allowed to open ur pressies till ur actual bdays... otherwise i'll get really upset!!! I'm just glad they got through customs ok!!! ha ha!!! Heya people! last day at TXU- wahoo!! Then Sally gets here on Monday which will be brilliant, especially as we are off on the Neighbours night again! TXu have asked me back but i'm still going to look for another job in the hope I get something better! Still loving it out here, my new place is in such a good location for bars, shops and generally going out! Off to the football tonight at the MCG which should be cool, the MCG is where they held the opening/closing ceremonies for the games. Hope everyone back home is ok? I hear it was 16degrees the other day and everyone thought it was a heat wave - hee hee! its still getting up to 20 here some days but does feel cold at night, but then thats prob cause i'm just used to it. Could definatly get used to the lifestyle out here though, so laid back and always plenty of decent places to go out. Ok well better get back to work, take it easy and let me know what exciting stuffs happening in xchurch or wherever you're reading this from! me xxx

Hey Liz, sounds like your havin a great time, I cant wait to have the opportunity to do summin similar, why did i decide to do a 5 yr degree course??? I stumbled upon your journal after being sent an email from Aur Phala Forums, had lots of chatching up reading to do!! Bad news on your photos, bet your kicking yourself for that! I totally understand the boredom with the rubbish job, I've had enough of pants jobs recently, stuffing seethrough envolopes with student junkmail for 5days - Ahhhh it was painfull, oh and laying tarmac, NICE!

1 more year at southampton left, 14more exams and i'll be an official Master of Engineering, but more importantly im auditioning for a Scrapheap challenge Team, how cool would it to be on C4 for an hour rummaging through a scrapheap and gettin all dirty!!

Neil: Ive been helping neil apply for uni, the forms are a bit too much for him!. Yes you heard me right, his dream of being a chippie are on the back burner, hes trying for a place at Bournemouth Uni studying Applied Geography, good on him!

Will: Spoken to will recently, hes finally enjoying his bank job, loving time with Lucy and Amillia and spending most of spare time doing DIY, hes a proper kept bloke now!!

Jamie: Same old, working too much, still at chase! Just moved to tuckton.

My sister: FInishes her degree this year, she'll have qualified Adult Nurse, she working at southampton General, Not liking the hours!

Enough of that! Have a great time in Melbourne and with the rest of the trip. Oh great photos by the way.

Well Maxy its not quite as bad as it first seemed now is it so I'm not gonna go getting too upset over it. Apologies for the Welsh comment, but as for the whole Severn Bridge thang being that I'm currently in Oz I also wouldnt get too upset over that now would I?! Clyde - I'm sure it would be a ball if you were over here, although I'm sure you're causing enough stir back in England (sorry, the UK). Right some of us have work to get on with...laterz! x
