Hi everyone! It is Saturday February 2 and were are in Cuzco, Peru this morning. Scott´s friend Tim has been here for the last week and everyone has been busy! They started at the beach, went to Nazca to see the Nazca lines, and then met up with Mark and I in Cuzco. Yesterday we saw the big one...Machu Picchu! It was amazing! We were all incredibly impressed. We took a train there and back because there are no roads to it. Yesterday morning we woke up at 430 am and started a 2 and a half mile walk up to the ruins. We spent the day wondering around and then got a later train back here to Cuzco. Tim leaves today to head back to the states and the three of us are splitting with Matt (who will leave in a couple days) and hopping on the bus for 3 days to meet up with Cailin (Scott´s girlfriend) in Mendoza, Argentina. For you winos out there...yes, it is that Mendoza so we will be seeing some wineries for the 3 days we will be there and then back on the bus to get alllll the way down south to Patagonia for some trekking! I hope you all are surviving the crazy weather we hear is back there! We love and miss you!
