So here I am in a beautifully relaxing place called Noosa which is situated in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast. After a week in Sydney of drinking way too much vodka, partying too hard, getting high on herbal remedies and saying goodbye to three very good friends it was time to head north and detox. However before I get into that its time to tell you about my last week.....

There was lots of fun had in Sydney and even a few home cooked meals which were very much needed!! I think the main fun started on Sunday afternoon where I was given 2 free tickets to see P!nk by the gorgeous Stacy who is actually P!nks backing singer. Gabi and lotta were already queuing in true old school style but as my tickets were seated there was no real rush for me to get there early. After spending the afternoon getting lost in CHina town , eating ice creams with Lotta and Gabi and saying hi to a few friends it was back off to Newtown to surprise Tina with the tickets. The poor girl hadn't been to a concert since she was 4 so she was my my first choice. Of course she didnt say no!! We got to the venue and in true Tasha style we were handed wristbands for the mosh pit and headed straight to the front to find Gabi already drunk and partying at the barrier. The gig, as always, was amazing and havng danced for the whole hour and a half I was very much in need of a cool down and a nice drink - as were Tina, Gabi & Lotta....the duration of our night was spent in a bar on Oxford Street getting very happy on vodka and pineapple (which has now become my favourite drink!).

The following day was a great hangover cure - firstly it was time for a much needed lay in then it was off to a beach called Coogee Beach. Its very strange being in a busy city like London but after a 30 minute bus ride you are on a gorgeous beach chilling out in the sun. It was a fantastic afternoon. We sat and chatted for a while and then headed across the beach to the rocks were we spent the next hour or so climbing and admiring the breathtaking views. Priceless moment. It was Gabi's last day here so after hopping off the bus back in Newtown we decided to head to the happy hippy herb shop and see what we could stock up on to give us an extra happy boost for the night....hahah we certainly got just what we wanted! Between us we spent about 30pounds and after 10 minutes of drinking this funny tasting liquid stuff we were all suddenyl even more giggly and happy than usual - it was so much fun!! The whole gang (Charli, Bex, Tina, Gabi, Lotta & Myself) headed to the sly fox pub to take advantage of the $6 cocktails. However I really didnt need any drink as I was way too happy and content from taking the happy stuff - who needs drugs when you can have that!!! Please note mother - I dont do drugs and these were totally legal!! We had more fun beating each other at pool and then it was off to crash out in bed...

...the next morning was sad as it was time to say goodbye to Gabi. She had provided me with just over 2 weeks of complete fun and laughter...there is never a dull moment with this girl and she truely is a superstar!! Gabi if your reading this - WTF Mother F********, Tanaka rocks and remember your going to hell cos you sang about Mary - the list could go on with all the funnies you have provided me with...im going to stab you and I see people with no souls...I love you!!!!

The next couple of days in Sydney were spent sorting a few things out here and there and chilling out on Bondi beach. The first time I went to Bondi beach I was totally shocked - its tiny! Nothing like what you see in pictures or holiday brochures but having said this I still loved it very much. Nothing beats the sound of the sea and the crashing waves on the sand. The weather was a treat too and Im still not sure how these people have the cheek to call this time of year winter - thats just insane!

Next it was time to say goodbye Charli - we have some amazing memories together and I love looking through our photos, We certianly did some crazy things and she did me proud with all the fears she got over! Charli -Who wouldve thought you would end up on a boat, swim in the sea and jump from a plane all in the space of 6 weeks?! Long live the last month and a half!

Finally it was time to say goodbye to Lotta....It was like loosing yet another friend in the space of 3 days! I didnt know lotta very well before Australia but the last two weeks have been great with you! You make me laugh so much and thanks for my new nickname - Midgie it is! How did you enjoy spending the last few days with 2 midgies?! hahahah! Thanks for everything and Im glad I could be there for you  - you know what I mean girl - Where's the nearest open bottleshop?!! hahahaha!! Hope to see you very soon!!

So having said goodbye to 3 people that have impacted so much on my travels here for the last month or so it was time to pack up my backpack and head back to the coast for some serious detox and relaxing...luckily for me I have left half my clothes In Sydney with Tina so my house is a little lighter to carry (although saying that I have stolen half of Tinas clothes to bring with me!! hahaha!) I headed straight to Surfers Paradise for the night - yes they all know me here now - and it was off to see the amazing Missy Higgins that night...alll I can say is WOW!! Her voise was unreal and almost everyone of her songs holds something special for me. I have never seen a performance like it - she totally blew me and the rest of her audience away. For any of you that havent heard her stuff I would try and get hold of it and see for yourself. It was so good to see her live, performing in her own country...I hope I get to see her again one day!

The next day I took the 3 and a half hour bus journey to here, Noosa...tomorrow I take the next steps in getting to Fraser Island - I cant wait! I decided to splash out on this trip and even though my bank balance is near zero now it was time to use the good old credit card for hopefully the last time. I have treated myself to 3 days and 2 nights on Fraser Island with everything including - and yes this means all meals cooked for me and a room/hotel that is slightly more luxurious than my usual hostel accomadation! Can you see why Im so excited now?! Oh the food is calling me now - I can hear it hahahah!!

Well its just about time to get out of here now before they close on me and its another night of 1 minute noodles and bread - yum! I hope you've all enjoyed reading this and I will be back to update you after my few days of being in paradise...lots of love and kisses xxxxx
