Today began with exploration of the coast from Abrigos to Montana Roja. We went to a market at Golf Del Sur where Kayla got her hair braided by a friendly Africa lady who tried to get us to buy Edward some scary African face masks...he opted for a plastic sword instead!
This coast has many golf courses and also a marina with some luxury yachts in. It's also right next to the end of the runway so we sat watching the planes going over our head with what felt like metres to spare.
We went home for lunch followed by an hour in the pool the headed for Abades beach until early evening. Kayla as usual stayed in the sea whilst ed did a little but also entertained himself in the rock pools and playing with his figures....though he didn't bury any this time so it seems he's learnt his lesson.
We had tea at home too followed by our usual stroll to the park before bed. Ed insisted on wearing his backpack reigns as he believes he's a dog and Kayla is his owner, as long as he doesn't bark in public though we're staying out of it-anything for an easy life! Tonight we went to palm bar for a drink and it was lovely, on the way back we passed a litter of kittens playing at the side of the pavement :( if only easyjet would let them in hand luggage!
