Christmas wasn't how either me or Euan planned but it was still such a special time and I loved every minute of it! We had both imagined christmas in Australia as being one big session and getting wrecked on the beach but at the end of the day, spending christmas with someone special can be so much more fufilling!

Obviously we both have family in Melbourne and in the run up to Christmas there was many plans made and changed and (kinda) argued about cause obviously we just wanted to do it all... and that's what we done!!! It started off on Christmas Eve staying and Euan's parents house so we could be there when Ethan woke up cause it will probably be the last year he believes in Santa etc and obviously that's a special moment when your kid/kid brother wakes up and thinks Santa's came overnight!
Xmas Eve was pretty chilled, had a fair few drinks and dinner and chatted loads but I had been working that morning in the cleaning job so I was absolutly shattered! On Xmas morning we woke up at Euan's parents house and done all the present exchanging! It was so nice cause Euan's mum and dad got me a book I loved and perfume and rings, it was so nice of them and I felt so bad cause we were so skint we didn't really get anyone gifts really! It was really s*** that me and Euan didn't do big presents like we planned too but oh well!
We had a BBQ for our christmas brekkie and chilled out in sun having wine and champers! After that we set off to Amanda's where we had a another amazing lunch and some present swapping and just caught up with m cousin's Amanda and Samatha, Samantha's little ones, my Auntie Betty, Goonboy and Amanda's friend (can't remember her name!) but she was such a laugh! * Makala goes to eat a bit of choclate, "You know choclate doesn't solve all your problems"!! *
We were so stuffed and really couldn't move out of our seats and we sat there for quite a while jsut drinking and having a laugh and just catching up with everyone and it was really nice! But once we had the energy to move we moved on to do what we wanted to do all along; Sit and drink on the beach!! By this point it was about 5pm and it was bloody freezing but we were determined to do what our Australian Christmas looked like in our heads. We chilled with our wee santa hats on (and Euan's cheesy xmas t shirt I got him!) and had tunes on and took some pictures and it was so nice. It may not have been what we had in our minds to start with but it was such a nice christmas and I loved every minute and have amazing memories to look back on.
After that we got a couple f trams to Steven Farrleys bit and had a session with him and afew of his mates. I'm not gonna go too much into his bit because it is a bit of a blur and there was a lot "Too much to Drink' Banter, i.e, Steven b****ing about Euan and Euan over hearing, Euan "I'm going home" then making up, "Euan have you spewed in the bed?", "No" Thenn finding out he HAD spewed in the bed!, Getting Euan in the taxi and him just sleeping in the backseat! But before we reached the tipping point of drinking WAAAY too much, it was a brilliant time at farrelly's. Just sitting in his house/garden drinking, listening to tunes and all round having the christmas cheer!

As I've said a few times in this blog, my Aussie Xmas definately wasn't how I imagined it, but now I coudn't have imagined it any other way <3
