After stressful last min packing we finally got to Manchester airport. Straight after checking in we went to the exec lounge, courtesy of Ms Newberry, for all u desire food and drink. Our flight was called so we casually took some crisps and cans of pop and made our way for the plane. There was touch screen teles pp, not a lot of leg room, but films galore! We're at Abu Dhabi airport now waiting to board the flight to Bangkok! Oh and I've just been the toilets and already I've seen an actual bum gun! I opted out of using it but hey hoe there's still time....
When we checked in Manchester airport they gave us our tickets for the flight to Bangkok too so we just had to get off the plane, sit in the airport lounge whilst our bags were being loaded on a different plane then board. Easy! The chairs on the plane recline so I had the screen practically touching my nose for the 6 hour flight to Bangkok because the girl in front went asleep. Me and Lee ended up nodding off a couple of times whilst trying not to butt our knees :)
They were really nice on the Etihad flight. All your food and drink was free too! We're just queuing now to check out of the airport and to get a stamp in our passports so I'll report back soon.
