Hi all

I have finaly recovered form the jungle although where the leaches got me i still have marks they should be gone soon. well what have i done well me and a friend that i met up with justine travelled to Tioman Island where we have been relaxing on the beach (it really is a pretty as it is in the picture)

We have been staying in a bunglow right on the beach we have a balcony with 1 step to the sand and 20 steps to the water which is perfectly clear. not been doing much at all getting up haveing breakfast (the best fresh fruit) then sunbathing till lunch time then lunch than sun bathing till 6 when the sun dissapears over the mountain which is when we get ready for dinner and go to a local resturant for local food. at the moment it is the low season and on a 1km beach there is only me and justine on it, the locals come out when the sun has set as they dont like getting a tan so in the day the beach is ours. there is only problem on the island and that is the sand flies and they really hurt we left one day earlier as we were covered in bumps from then and they are worse than mosquitos as they itch even more.

now i am im in Kuala Lumpa wondering arround seeing the amazing twin towers and wondering around china town. my dad is fluying out here so i will see him on friday whichnwill be good (mainly as i stay in a posh hotel lol)

better go time for bed
