We have made it to Vietnam! We spent our last day in Laos collecting our passports from the Vietnamese consulate, visiting a temple and having a chill out at the hostel. We got up and went to the Vietnamese consulate for 8am this morning. I'm glad we went early as it did start picking up around 8.15! It was so easy to sort our visas out. We filled in the forms, gave them to one person who gave us a receipt and then saw another person to pay. Today we were up ready for our bus to Luang Prabang. We were put in a tuk tuk first that drove around picking others up before taking us to a hotel where we waited for our bus.
