Today we did a free chinese Cake Making class. It was not what we expected at all. We got to make our own and eat testers (free food yay). We got to make Wife Cakes and Egg rolls. The Wife cakes involved a lot of rolling the pastry and then flattening the pastry. It was a bit odd the techniques they showed us but they ended up looking like flat scones so guess it was right. Today we didnt really do much. Planned to go to Lantau Island to see the Buddah but didnt.... Oh but we did FINALLY make it to the Jade Market. We have attempted to get there 3 times already but have been distracted. To be honest it wasnt that great. A load of stalls all selling the same stuff. We found an air conditioned library (a break from the humidity) and did some travel research. And thats it folks.. a boring read i know N&L x x

Attempted to lie in this morning but the cleaners woke us up proper hammering on the door. Insane people! Put washing in yesterday so went and collected it this morning. Washed and pressed! Amazing to have clean clothes to wear. Forcasted to rain to grabbed the umbrellas and headed for the Art Museum. Had to say goodbye to James today! He was like our little bro but hopefully we will see him in Bangkok if he stays there long enough. Caught the ferry over to the Island and then a bus to Stanley Market. The public transport here seems to be really cheap. So many different stalls.
