Day 7- Enjoyed a lovely evening eating pizza and watching the sun set over the canyon yesterday. Aching after our Canyon hike yesterday. On the road to VEGAS.. Woohoo. Very excited. Plan today is to go shopping in an outlet, check into the Golden Nugget for 2 nights. Experience a Vegas Buffet (has Chinese so I'm happy). Take a limousine ride down the strip and go to a club. Day 6- Arrived at the Grand Canyon yesterday, set up camp and then went on my helicopter ride! It was amazing. Today we set off on our hike into the canyon. Even the Americans were shocked we headed for the furthest point! Nearly killed me. Plan for the evening is to eat pizza and chill. Tomorrow we head for Vegas!! Staying at the Golden Nugget for 2 nights. Can't wait. Speak soon x

Day 5- Enjoyed a nice meal in a restaurant next to the original London Bridge (see photos). We slept under the stars last night. Never seen such amazing shooting stars- a lot of wishes made. Had a lovely swim in the Colorado River this morning and have just got in the road. Currently cruising on Route 66! We are heading to the Grand Canyon today. We will set up camp and I go on my helicopter ride! Tomorrow we intend to do a bit if walking around the canyon.

45 degrees!!!!Salvation Mountain was breath taking- didn't look real.shame about the heat. Felt like I was being cooked. On route to the Colorado River in Havasu, only 39 degrees there :-/ x

Day 4-On the road to Salvation mountain, from the film 'into the wild'. Then Lake Havasu, one of many stops on route to the Grand Canyon. Journey will take approx 7 hours. We are camping right next to the Colorado River tonight, with temperatures over 35 degrees!!! So the plan is to camp under the stars. Wifi and signal might not exist in these locations. So will post when I can, but all is good. Speak soon x
