He is Luke Gilberts Best friend, Laura you met him when you stayed a Nigel's he's the one with the demented girlfriend who had us in the toilet crying for over a hour in the southport massive Zebra Square.
As it happens luke and phil go way back and Nigel was in London only a couple of weeks ago with then all bopping the night away.
