Hi again! We landed in Christchurch a couple of weeks ago where we picked up our camper that is going to be our home for the duration of our trip around New Zealand. We spent a couple of days there then worked our way down to Queenstown, stopping at some of the sights along the way. When we got to Queenstown it was just a couple of days until the ski slopes opened so we had to buy some new gear in time for opening day! We spent a week or so skiing and snowboarding at Coronet Peak and then we decided to go on a bit of a road trip for a few days. We headed for Milford Sound where we went on a cruise and then headed south and along the coast to Dunedin. While we were there we went to the All Blacks vs. France rugby match, unfortunately the All Blacks lost but it was still a good game and we got to see the Haka live! We also went to Cadbury world in Dunedin which was Courtney's favourite! After Dunedin we headed north along the coast and then inland to Methven where we are at the minute. Methven is the nearest town to Mt. Hutt ski area so that's where we will be spending the next few days and then it will be back to Queenstown in time for the start of the Queenstown Winter Festival. We have seen some beautiful scenery on our journey so far and like everyone says parts of New Zealand really are like Ireland! The pictures just don't do it justice!
