Its obvious Karen he was gowing the "real" green stuff and now he is counting his profits and thats why he has had to run away to Nepal, to live the and we will never see him again until we read about his bust in Mexico when he starts his next cartel...... the money is probably like Vietnamese Dong - 2600 dong to one Aus dollar ha ha !
