Hi everyone - today is the day for the bridge climb so you will see from our photos called Sydney Day 2 - the brige climb what an amazing experience it was we had a wonderful day yesterday in darling harbour and Manly Beech and I can just imagine what it would be like if the weather was good but unfortunatley it is not and the rain is following us today Ang and Sian have to climb the bridge and it is pouring down -but apparently they still go ahead in all weathers unless it is thunder and lightening - as those of you that know sian there is no way you would get her anywhere near it if it was - just hope it doesnt start as she gets to the top - god help the leader if it does,- well it didnt and they made it 3.5 hours later they came down with the biggest grins on there faces you have ever seen and photos to prove they made it to the top.
I had a wonderful afternoon sitting in the Harbour pub on the balcony watching there ascent and descent, two lattes and a cocktail later they returned.
Back to the hotel and a hot bath followed by a very interesting trip to Chinatown to eat and verytired legs later an early night was had by us all.........

Dolores Hi Teresa, Back again just to let you know I have read your last blog . I am glad to heat that Sian and Ang had the biggest grin on their faces after their decent from the bridge, it must have been a wonderful experence for them. That is why you should have been there with them ....but in saying that I am sure you enjoyed your two lattes and a wee cocktail much better! Enjoyed this entery and your photos. See you soon Dolores.
Karen I'm sat here reading your wonderful blog with Megan and Jeff (they popped over for a cup of tea). It looks like you are really having the holiday of a lifetime! Its a shame about the weather, but I'm sure you haven't let it spoil your time there. Just one week to go, then you'll be home - all too soon! Steve and I won't be there to welcome you home - sorry! We will be back from our Baltic cruise on Saturday 12th June so hope to see you sometime over that weekend - can't wait to hear all about it all (hope Colin is ok!)
Barbara Sounds like you are having an amazing time which has gone so quickly.
