We travelled back to Chiang Mai with a couple of sound Aussie girls and paid for a taxi for a few hours (couple of quid each) and went to Chiang Mai canyon for a bit of cliff jumping. The highest peak was about 15m high and didn't look that bad... But when I got up there.. s*** scared! So I just ran and jumped before I could think about it. The water was super warm and we just chilled on some bamboo rafts watching everyone else jump. On American girl must have been up there about 30 minutes psyching herself up but kept stopping at the edge.. Until the last time she skidded at the end and slid off. Pretty tense for a moment until she got up started shouting and cheering at her mates saying "OMG OMG THAT WAS AWESOME" Americans..
