Belize was one of those countrys that we only wanted to briefly visit. Head down the coast to caye caulker, an island just off the east coast so we could go and see the second largest reef in the world. Although I've only been here for a few days I'm already loving Mexico. And I know Cancun doesn't really count as a stereotypical Mexican town... Cuba from the off set, even before we arrived has been one massive headache.! Trying to ring all of the embassy's we could, Australia, England and even Cuba to try and sort our visa out.. Turned out we were able to fill out a form at Mexico City airport and we had our visa straight away... That easy..! Shame no one was able to tell us that.! Safe to say after our 42 hour journey from cairns we were a little jet lagged when we arrived. Completely flipping our sleep cycle. Cairns was our final stop along the East Coast and pretty much everyone we met up the coast was in cairns at the same hostel as us.
