Hey guys, just catching up with your photo's, I am soooooooo envious this last part through Cam & Nam looks your best bit yet! The trecking looked amazing. It was great to see you the other day you both look really well and happy, Jas I think this trip is good for your fitness levels I will let Pete know and he can give you a run out for Exeter when you get back!! Oh nsilly me you will have spent 6 weeks in US of A so will look more like me!!!!!!!

As the girls said we celebrated Nicks B/Day last night, Henry had a field day with the Choccy fountain!!! The probably need to re decorate again now!! I bought him a small remote plane (like Henrys helicopter) which he loved and insisted on flying around their (very small) sitting room. Still it was good fu and of course he is one step closer to 30!!

Good effort with the chicken feet although they didn't look to good. Everything else looked great. Skype when you get settled (on the beach) in Bali.

The countryside looks lovely. The pictures of the killing fields are horrific but I am glad that you sent them. The people deserve to be remembered.

Both of you are looking great. Is it the sunshine or is it the food or is it not having to go to work every day?
