Hi again!

Now we've made it to Phnum Pehn, the capital of Cambodia. We left from Bangkok on the bus on oct 5 and arrived in Siem riep in the evening so we stayed in a guest house there for around 2.50 GBP/night for two nights just so we had time to plan and ask around what way and where to go in Cambodia considering we're crossing borders both to Vietnam and back to Thailand. The road we came here on has only existed for two years before then it was only flight or boat i suppose... It was the worst thunder and lightning storm going on i've ever seen but still you could see in the ocean of ricefields a few cambodians with head torches looking for frogs in pich black darkness... You could only see the silhuettes of a few houses because of the lightening. Waking up the next morning in the guest house, since we arrived quite late, was like a totally different world! Everything was so nice, clean, big and posh. Fit for royalty to holiday i'd say!

So having done our planning, we decided to go straight to vietnam first and visit the sights here in Cambodia on the way back to Thailand, hense why we're now already moved location to Phnum Pehn. From here there is a bus to Ho chi minh (saigon) that takes 6 hrs. We kind of know where to go in Vietnam so really looking forward to spending a week and a half to two weeks there. However since we're so early and jasons visa don't start until the 14 oct we're just changing the date on it in the morning and hopfully after that we're on our way!

I'll try downloading some pics from Siem riep but i've had some trouble with it so hope it works!
