NOOOOSA! We have been the luckiest girls in the world here because Emma (who many of you will know) lives here with her husband Brent and they have kindly let us stay with them for nearly two weeks. A great deal of tea drinking, gossiping and early mornings ensued. We visited Brisbane (which was a nice looking city but nothing special) and Surfers Paradise which is a kind of tacky version of Florida with lots of high rises but has a great casino where we met up with Cat and her boyfriend Bob. We went on a speed boat through the Noosa Everglades drinking champagne and went kyaking with dolpins although that caused a few bruises and concussions...! Thank you Emma amd Brent, now we are back to skanky hostels!
