Amy playing with her food! Crayfish is the main delicacy here in Kaikoura. So, when in Rome... We all taste tested the crustacean. Final vote...2 giving thumbs up, 1 rating it so-so and 2 grimacing faces trying to keep our samples down. Needless to say most of us at subway for lunch after this taste testing.
