a few things.. i would absolutely love to trick or treat for shots that would be a dream come true. 2 that one cucko clock in the museum looks like the one in your moms living room.. C) in your first few pic of the city it looks like charlie buckets view from willy wonkas magic elevator at the end of the movie... i want to move to germany a.s.a.p

we were looking at the satellite map and what should we be looking for, anything in paticular?

Also, we were wondering if there is a special occasion for all the parades or is this something that happens all the time?

Hey there Girlie,

Aloha, well, we made it back in one piece from Hawaii. I guess you could say we experienced it all on this vacation...from our biggest piece of luggage getting sent to Seattle, Washington, to a half naked old woman on the beach to locals not giving very good directions. You ask them where to go and they say over there. Well, um, hello, where's over there?!

Overall, had a very good time. Loved Oahu alot better than Maui. We didn't care for Maui too much, it's more for the older crowd. Not that much to do and more colder. Oahu was great. Didn't mind the commercialism at all, I think it made for a better time. Lots more to see and do on Oahu and the people were very friendly. Went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Got to swim with the sea lion all by ourselves. Swam with the dolphins, only three others besides us. Saw lots of whales. Shark swim was awesome, definately recommend that. Saw lots of rainbows. Had good weather, most of the rain was up in the mountain area. Have lots of pictures to show you when you get back home later this year.

Ok, enough about me......

I got all caught up on your blogs, pictures and videos. Very cool....getting to see where you go to school, the towns, friends you meet, etc.... Glad your having a great time and that your knee is much better. Looks like that Halloween thing was alot of fun. Wow, the walk, holy smokes, what a long walk. If it was at night, it might not be that great but if it was during the day, I think it would make for some awesome picture taking. Glad your German is coming along. See, I told you, you'd have no problems.
