Hi Camilla & Rich
It was a pity to have missed the party. Wanted to wish you well but we were away in Brittany so great to hear from you. First time I've looked at site - glad all goes well, love the the diary accounts and the pics are great - I've put it in my favorites so will visit regularly.
Remember this time last year - building dams at Caswell...what a difference a year makes!!!
Looking forward from you both soon. All the best.

The measures for rehydration fluids is as follows:
8 level teaspoons of sugar
1 level teaspoon salt
1 Litre boiled, sterilised water.
The solution you make should taste no saltier than tears.
If glucose not available then use raw sugar or Molasses which are rich in Potassium can be used
Add lemon or orange to flavour (this adds Potassium as well which you loose out of you bottom when ill with the travellers curse of "deli belly" to avoid this problem, boil it, peel it, shell it, or grab the paper and run!!
Best wishes, look forward to you updates. A link to your website will appear on ours at www.adventurefirstaid.co.uk on the links page.
