So here we are in Auckland!! Been here since last Thursday!! We felt we needed to party hard, its been a struggle to find a party in New Zealand!!!  So weve had it hard the last few nights!! We have met up with Northern James (daves mate from uni), he has shown us the sights!!!!!  Well, the bottom of a posh stella glass!!!!  We have done one constructive thing since weve been here!! Went to the top of the skytower!!! Pretty impressive, pretty high!!!!  We are having a night off tonight in preparation for tomorrow!! It is Daves birthday!!! i intend to take young Arnold Rimmer out and get him so smahed that the 'H' for hologram falls off his head!!!!!

We leave here on Weds to go to Fiji for 2 1/2 weeks!!! we need some sun, cant wait!!!! we are doing an island hopping trip so should be awesome!!!!

Since the last journal entry we have been very very busy boys, doing lots of civilised sight seeing trips and many exciting activities!!!

We headed to Franz Josef and did some quadbiking!!! I spent most of the time playing catch up tho!! i was a wee bit slow to say the least, great crack tho!!!!  After that we went on a glacier hike!!  Took a trip up to the glacier in a helicopter which was breataking then spent 2 hours hiking round the glacier, absolutely awesome!!!!!!  After leaving Franz Josef we went to a place called Kaikoura where we went swimming way out to sea with over 200 hundred dolphins!!! Such a good experience!! a few seals joined in the fun too!!!

Next we headed to Abel Tasmen national park where we gave the guns a much needed work out and went Kayaking for the day!!!!  Beautiful scenery and loads more seals!!! We then came to the north island, had a great night out in Wellington, landed on our feet by coming across a university party!! A successful night for us both!!!!!!  From there we headed to Rotorua where we went rafting, which involved dropping off a 7 metre waterfall, we also went zorbing which was the funniest thing ive ever done!! rolling down a hill in a ball with water in it!!  We also went to see all the mud pools, hot springs which was just mad!! Rotorua stinks tho!!!!!!!

From there we headed to a live volcano for a day trip!! Mad walking on a live volcano and seeing all that went with it!!!

So as you can see we have been very busy!! New Zealand has been a great crack!!! Very different to Oz but wicked all the same!!!  Time has flown by tho!!!

Its strange because we always said when we left New Zealand we would be starting our journey home!! and thats the stage we are at now!! the last 8 months have flown by!!!

Oh and one extra thing!!!!!!!!!  The car saga from Melbourne continues!! in addition to all the fines, we also got a speeding ticket!! Another $110!!!  How funny is that!!!!!!
