Sunday 2 August 2009 We are on our way for our first trip to Malala School up the north road. A lot of the journey the road runs by the sea. As it was Sunday we decided to take it easy and also to go in our car as we have no idea what the accommodation will be like and what is provided for us. A plane was safe to go. Off we went and had some great views. At one point the old dear gripped my leg, what nails she had and told me that it was the Ramu River below and then again when she could see the landing strip! The landing strip was grass and as we climbed out the place was alive!! 20 July 2009 Today we went in our new car to visit the English Exam markers at Alexishaven which is a RC Conference centre and in a rather lovely spot. Standing up is my friend Mary from Good Shepherd School.We were very impressed with the system as we had been with the rigour that the exam is conducted.
