July 23rd 2009 My favorite ship was beached today in Alang India! After 56 years of almost continious service Regal Empress was run up onto the beach to begin demolition. Regal Empress! I love the Regal Empress and she is retiring or in ship terms being cut up into little bits next month.I want to get one last look before that happened. The wind is houling tonight as we sail up to Cozumel, got the Pearl rocking the way I like it. Today we stopped in Belize and did some tree top zip lines and then went for a couple mile tube ride thru some huge caves systems. Well this will be boring vacation to read about, as anybody that has cruised knows what it is all about, eating,lounging,watching a show and eating again with a few stops mixed in.
