Mario I was not covered as its a vlncaoic eruption not adverse weather. I told them that I was advised they day before that I was covered and the woman on the phone very sheepishly told me their underwriters have instructed them NOT to class it as adverse weather. So ringing them to find out where I stood was a complete waste of time as they move the goal posts at their convenience. Please avoid using this company as they have no morals. Put your money into a company that has shown they do actually care about their customers. Search the net, there are plent of insurers that have excelled themselves under these extraordinary circumstances. Others, like Insure and Go have just shown their true colours.
