Day 19-21:

Day 19 - 10/04/17
We crossed the border into Guatemala and caught a minibus to Hotel los Estudiantes where we were staying. We settled into our room before heading out for some lunch. After lunch we walked along the lake and took in all its beauty. After spending some time checking out the town we went back to our room to relax for a while before we set out again for some dinner. After dinner we again took a stroll around the town before returning to our room to crash for the night.

Day 20 - 11/04/17
We woke up and headed out for some breakfast and a walk around the town. After a while we headed back to our room for a bit before it was time to set out for Tikal. After an hour shuttle ride we eventually arrived at the park. We decided to explore the park on our own and spent hours wandering around and checking out all the temples and wildlife here. The history surrounding this place is incredible. After a few hours spent walking around the park and climbing the temples it was time to leave the park and head back to our hotel. We immediately got dinner when we arrived before heading to our room to crash for the night.

Day 21 - 12/04/17
After an early wake up it was time to leave Flores and catch a shuttle to our next destination.
