After our disappointing time with the Sharks or not as it were, we made our way north heading towards Christchurch and diverted off to a small place called Lake Tekapo. It was a beautiful place with an amazing lake, It was so blue like a turquoise colour and we decided to just chill there for a couple of days as we are exhausted after our month of being on the go. We have been in Queens Town for the last 4 days, and have to say it's nice to be back in the sun, here's what we got up too. The first day we checked in to our lodge which over looked the lake and mountains called The Remarkables, they were amazing!! After leaving Hanmer Springs we headed cross country west to a little place called Punakaiki , I had a really uncomfortable nights sleep in Hanmer springs so on route to Punakaiki we brought some blow up beds from a place called the warehouse where we got our tent etc, it's really cheap.
