So after arriving into auckland New Zealand 2 days ago, I was slightly disappointed... It was cloudy, rainy, very cold and the other travellers I met said there's not a lot to do here. I took it with a pinch of salt as different people like different things but I have to admit, there isn't much to do here and it is just another city really. It doesn't have the same atmosphere as sydney so unfortunately it's not somewhere I'd want to live. But I'm not a city girl ...

So here it is.. My last day in Australia! And what an amazing last four days it's been. I love it here in Sydney. Great views, great atmosphere and nice people. It is a little touristy and quite busy as it is one of the most famous places in Australia so that is to be expected. I have had a great time here though. Yesterday afternoon I arrived in the city of Brisbane. I dropped my bags off at the hostel, got upgraded from a 6 bed to a 4 bed... Winner!! And then there were only 3 of us in there so made friends with my two room mates... A girl from Austria and a girl from Holland, both lovely. After Fraser Island I then travelled down the east coast a little further to the Sunshine Coast; Mooloolaba. This was my favourite spot on the east coast so far. It had lovely beaches, crystal clear sea to swim in (with no crocs or sharks!) and lots of nice cafes and restaurants to relax in. After a long 12 hour coach ride I finally arrived at Hervey Bay. It was however 5.50am and there were no buses until 7.30am. I would have waited but I was due on a tour of Fraser Island at7.20am.
