Helen Shaw
Hi there, this is your mum's long lost cousin you may have heard of me. I was told to check out your Site so I have just read your comments.
While in Adelaide you should check out Cleland Conservation park, I worked there for 16 years. Many of the folk that were there when I was have long gone but I believe Heather and Karen still work there, ask for them if you go, and if they have time they may give you the royal treatment.
When you head around the coast and up to Victoria you are more than welcome to come and stay, just let us know when. I have my cousin Robyn and family coming to visit 15-22 of January, so you may want to plan it at the same time so you get to see Robyn again.
What is your address and contact # where you are? have fun hope to catch up with you at some time.Love Helen and the lads
A. Jean & U. Linton.
Dear Kathryn,
We were delighted to read all about your adventure so far. Having visited Adelaide a couple of times, we're really jealous! Do hope you will get to the Cleland Wild Life Park up in the hills where Helen used to work. I've asked her to tell you about it.
We are sure you will be happy to see your family soon.
We really enjoyed having U. Martin to ourselves for a couple of weeks. It doesn't seem long since we saw you in Gorsley.
Have a wonderful time and take care, With much love from us both.
Kathryn
Thankyou Richard - I am learning slowly but as you have probably gathered my spelling is pretty awful - always has been. I'm on holiday so I am alowed to have lousy spelling - well, thats my excuse and I am sticking to it! Hehe xx
Richard
Hi Kathryn,
pepper (UK) = capsicum (AUS)
courgette (UK) = zuchinni (AUS)
Just though you'd like to know - to prevent you any further embarrasment!

Kathryn, Sorry to hear your contract cooking disapoints! The Grilled salmon you did here was perfect!"
How come you found Redback spiders? I thought they were very rare in Adelaide? I never saw any last time I was out there.
Jealous about the Echidne. Hope we can see lots of new sightings of Aus wildlife at Xmas.
