Hey Everyone, hope all's well where you all are. Kath and I are still loving our trip. Our stay in Bali has been great. We spent our first three nights in Sanur which is the 2nd busiest resort in Bali, our hotel was lovely and we managed to get a little bit of sunbathing done by the pool on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday evening we went to Kuta - the main tourist resort - for dinner and some shopping but torrential rain meant we could only stay for dinner! The rain kept going all day Monday but we managed to nip out for a traditional Balinese massage! Yesterday and Today we have been on an overnight tour to Northern Bali. We went through the mountains which are beautiful - we saw a volcano, rice terraces, a waterfall, temples and swam in hot springs! This morning we got up at 5:30 to go on a dolphin-watching trip but they are obviously too intelligent to be up at such a ridiculous hour since we didn't see a single one!!! Tomorrow night we fly to Australia which is so exciting! We have both really enjoyed visiting South-East Asia and how unbelievably different it is to home but I think we are both ready for a return to Western culture - the proper toilets, sensible driving, and food that doesn't all come with rice!
