Happy birthday for yesterday Kate. sorry it's late but we've been busy visiting our new grandaughter! Laura had Sophie Jane on Thursday. She weighed in at 6lbs 8ozs and is absolutely gorgeous (we're not biased mind). All is well.

Hi Kate & NeilAs you know we have found a house at last. Things are starting to happen now and there is a chance that it could go through in 6-8 weeks. We have been really lucky getting it at a low price too so will be able to do lots with it.

Tried to contact you a few times but think we have been getting the times wrong. Off camping on Tuesday as we are both off for the week.

Hope all is ok over there and will try to give you a ring during the week.

Looks really cold out there these days. Hope you have plenty of warm clothes and sleeping bags!!!! Been very busy these days. Going to a wedding in two weeks time so have spent most free time trying to get an outfit. Dad is still slogging away in the garden trying to get it all sorted for the summer.Bob and Edna are back from canada and America, it all sounded great, but we'll have to have a proper night together to view the 2 thousand photos!. Love the photos and no we aren't jealous one bit!!!!Hope that "thing" did leave the van; don't think you would get your Sean in there is he seen that as he freaks out with the little spiders we find over here.Never mind, glad you are all well and having lots of fun.

Not much to report on the house front, however, we have viewed one that I like, just have to persuade Sean now!The good news is that all the house prices are dropping now so we are trying to hold on as long as we can before buying as making loads of interest on the money we made from the flat, yippee!!

Just been viewing the photos and feeling very nostalgic. I might have to book the next flight out to meet you!

Pleased you got to do the glacier and see the whales AND get to sample the delicious wines! I am such a wine snob now and will only drink NZ whites - much to Bobs disgust as they cost a lot more than £2.99 a bottle!

gary, jack and ben are all great - jack is thoroughly into hull city and cannot wait for them to play man u! Ben was 6 weeks old yesterday and is pilling on the weight and doing really well - will send you some pics via email tonite. Jack is still doing really well at school and absolutely adores ben - which is nice. Gary is doing his driving course tomorrow learning to drive at speeds !! oh dear!

hope you still enjoying new zealand and that things are going well - you back travelling again now? when do you leave nz to go to oz?
