Like in Tanzania the Ellies were a lot smaller than the ones in more southern Africa, but there numbers made up for this we saw plenty. Our driver explained that they are a bit of a menace in the dry season crossing the river into the farm land of the local people destroying crops. Fingers crossed they will find some sort of balance.
