After 3 days of long driving we decided to stop in Lilongwe for 3 nights to recover a bit and re-stock the car. We stayed at Mabeya Camp which must have the nicest swimming pool we have seen in all of our travels. Owned by and English couple who travelled down the west coast of Africa in their Uni-mog, it is the place to find out about what there is to do in Malawi and indeed most of Africa!
