Day 3 and 4

Amy here.... I thought it was about time I wrote something. Since our last entry we have now left San Fran and have made our way on route 1 towards LA.

Day 3 consisited of more tram rides in San Fran, going up Coit Tower to see the whole of the city. This was not an easy task, as it meant wallking up some very steep hills and using lots of stairs. All I kept thinking was 'bring on the toned legs'! In the afternoon, we went on the alcatraz tour. It was an eye opening trip. Went to Chinatown in the evening and ate so much, I thought that maybe China wasn't left with any food!

Roll on day 4, and we are currently in a small town caled Morro Bay, where we are about to go for some dinner with a choice of about 2 places to eat! Got a cheap and cheerful motel, which in my view is an upgrade from the hotel in San Fran. We spent the whole day driving along the coast road, seeing some beautiful scenery. (Pictures to follow).

Time to go stuff our face, with yet another burger, no doubt!
