we are in vegas baby........ wooh......

after 6 1/2 hrs road trip thu some amazing scenery iwe finally hit las vegas.......we had decided to stay at sin city hostel the downtown end of the strip.... just coast hostels r so much more fun than hotels when yr travelling...... we checked in just for 2 nites origionally cos we didnt wana be tied to staying somewhere......

we ended up in a 4 ded dorm with 2 english girlsa lisa and shani...there bothe really nice....... snoreres but nice.... and all tghe workers at the hostels are really lovely and its a really nice realexed chlled place... not full of trillions of rules like most hostels......

the 1st day we just headed with shauni up to the stratosphere and sneaked in to there fancy pool for the day..... that nite we went on a limo tour wi the hostel.... 1st we went to the liquire store and bought the biggest cheapest bottle opf voddy we could find.......was nice cos in oz voddya 40 bux a bottle....yikes..... we got ready n got on the vood then all sat round the courtyard area playin drinkin games like ring of fire... then it was limo time where we had unlimited voddy for the hr while we was in there and we went crusing down the strip to the welcome to las vegas sign then headed to new york new york hotel where we went to the coyote ugly bar. wjhere we had lots of fun daning and drinking. and then i went dancin on the bar. coyote ugly syle (with ainsley... another girl from edingbrogh...who happens to be really good mates with jayne ... one of the twins i met in oz) lol...... was great fun till....pop my bra snapped... and was unfixable.... so i had to go braless for the reast of the nite. then we headed to a kareoke bar that was nr the hostel n most of us sang... was cool.... laura sang total eclipse of the heart and i sang use somebody....was a messy nite and arrived home when it was light outsite.....

the next day we had to move rooms cos our roon had been booked out?(cos we only booked to stay 2) we was sooo hungover..... laura refused to do anything but sleep in the day so i headed back to the stratosphere pool with a few people from the hostel.....then at nite we headed down the strip for a look around and a couple of beers.....

GRAND CANYON!!!

WE had to get up really earlie cos we got picked up at 6 am. there was me laura ainsly and a guy called matt all goin from the hostel so we all stuck together for the day. after a long drive to arizona thu the dessert and saw lake meade and the colorado river.... when we got to the grand cayon what can i say its breathtaking,,,, pics dont do it junsice and its massive,,,, the helicopters flying round looked like dots in the sky..... jeaolous i would of loved to go on a chopper doen there but coming to the end of my trip and wokin hardy any hours b4 i came away are startin to show and funds are low.... we went to the west rim .... we could use hop on hop off busses to go to differt viewponts....was very scart sitting and standin on the edge evan for me and im not evan scared of hights..... but its just the tought of one faulse move n weeeeeeeeeeee yr fallin dowen the canyon hahah...... thankfully we are alive and pelly had his pic there...... tehn we went to this cattle ranch thinf for luch n back to the hostl via the huge hoover dam........ was a long 12 n half hr trip so after a quick nap it was time to hit freemont street with the hostel gang....... freemont street is the origanal glitzy bit of vegas.... theres a huge stip that had a huge tv as the roof. its the same lenghe of 5 footie pitches.... they do light shows...... we watched the doors one... was cool.... tehy also do a long zip line all the way down the street....... the we headin on one of the casios had our pics tooks will a $million the headed for food...... then heaDED BACK OUUT TO THE STAGE WHERE THEY we was all dancing and laughin at all the wierdos ... then we headed to hoggs n heffer the bar the coyote ugle got its idea from. its a propper byker bar wi b****es that work behind the bar n dance n sing n shout on megaphones....... me n lisa got the huges can of beer ever lol..... then we headed back to the hostel n lisa n max pretended to get married.... all there mates on facebook still belive it... was soooooooo funny......

today me n laura headed down the stip to c some of the casions n stuff propperly tehn went for food at a propper old fashons durger join with jukeboxes on the counter n stuff............ we are gon back tonight cos theres still some to c and its our last night...... tomorrow we are gettin the shuttle back to hoolywood for 1 nite b4 we fly to nyc........

cant belive we will be home this time next week....... GUTTED!

UPDATE

so we never quite made it back doen the strip..... wewas gonna go down later after a few drinks ... the then beer/vodka pong happend.... then laura went to bedfordshire n i stayed up for a few of the funniest games of ring of fire ive vere played with the other.... it was light outside n we was all danin round the hostel dining room singin n drinkin voddy..... i managed to drag myself to bed a few hrs b4 our shuttle to LA cos the hostel staff had to set up the breakfast lol..... after no sleep n sayin bye to the guys it was time for our shuttle back to la......
