Just arrived in Singapore & everything seems very easy compared to our last countries.Less than 1 hour after landing we are fully installed in our hostel with internet connection right outside room & beer garden at the end of the corridor. Fantastic - 3 nights here.

Xmas day by the pool - how fantastic! Our best xmas ever - kids had 10 presents each which were opened before breakfast (which I didn't have to make!!) Relaxing day chilling by the pool - bit of entertainment & then a fab dinner in the evening which I again didn't have to cook. No hassle, no relatives, no grief. (sorry mum - don't mean you!) Hi Connection at last! Arrived in Agra this morning. Been having a wonderful time in India & today saw the Taj Mahal - it is as amazing as you can imagine & Graham & I were both struck by it. Off to the chaos of Delhi tomorrow.

Just a quick overnight in the worst hotel we have ever stayed in (Cindrella) - the only good thing is that they seem to have a decent internet connection at a reasonable price so I have managed to update at last. Will be in Sharm el Sheikh later today so will update more then.
