Arrived in Krabi into a party hostel, started drinking the minute we arrived..never again! The next day was a right off, spent most of my day in bed. Finally felt fine the day after so did so much beach hopping. Went to AoNang, Railay and Panang Beach. Railay beach is really calm, clear water and white sands but so many people.
Panang beach was real pretty although there was no breeze, and so i was literally sweating my balls off. Apparently its the beach of young love and so they have many carvings of c*** in a cave...because thats normal!
Went on a Koh Phi Phi day tour which included Bamboo island which basically was a round island with just white sand, some trees in the middle, a reef but the water was so clear. Then went snorkelling in Hin Pae, such good snorkelling spot, the fish would literally come and touch my goggles on my face and there would be loads of colourful tropical fish! Phi Leh Bay Lagoon which was stunning.
Viking cave and Monkey island was interesting, strange how these monkeys live on this island which is basically a rock. They rely on food from tourists.
Went Maya bay where the film 'The Beach' was filmed. The best beach yet but everyone was there taking photos, obviously i was too. Although it would of been nice if it was an unknown location like the film, then i could of stayed on there for a week.
All my pictures are full of beach photos, don't be too jealous, but i shall be in cities soon. Left Malaysia-Langkawi as my visa for Thailand had ran out. The journey was stupid, swapped 2 mini vans, 1 tuk tuk and 1 ferry. I'm in Malaysia for 7 weeks now doing some volunteering work in return for free accommodation and food in the city of Kula Lumpa. The change will be nice, as the last few weeks, all I've done is go to beaches to top up my fading tan haha!
