In Laos capital - Vientiane. Didn't do much other than chill by the pool and went to a fair which celebrated the end of Buddha. "Laos boxing", which is just like Thai boxing was there and loads of markets with knock of clothing, sunglasses and watches! I was very anxious about this 24 bus journey to Vietnam capital - Hanoi. Read and been told so many horror stories. However, it wasn't bad at all, at least i got to lay down and fall a sleep. Traveling with two Spanish girls who teach English and Spanish, so I'm taking full advantage and brushing up on my very basic Spanish. Booked into a Hotel after the bus journey, thought it was needed after being away for nearly 9 weeks now and been in mostly hostels! I like Laos for the partying and the nights out and the people we met. Although the place it self is not my cup of tea, but they have really nice baguette. Everything you want to do will cost so much more than it should became they all scam. For example the bus will drop you off further out the city so you have to get a tuk tuk, but they should drop you off in the city! Plus the currency is ridiculous, can never know if I'm being scammed or not.
