Day 83 (Sunday 7th January 2007)Woke up early and hit the road for Sydney. We didn't get too far before two coppers on bikes pulled Sarah over for a random breath test and licence check. Day 82 (Saturday 6th January 2007)With the river nothing more than a large puddle, we decided to leave the Snowy River and head for Sydney. We hit the Princes Highway north along the Australian east coast, leaving Victoria behind and stepping into our third state, New South Wales.Victoria was great, but the bush fires are out of control.
