I've just reviewed the latest photos and I think I've spotted the problem! If you study the one where the blue bandage is being applied to your left foot you will notice the discrepancy between the size of left and right. I'm not a doctor but I would suggest that such a dramatic difference would cause far too much strain! I am amazed that you got through even one day without collapsing. Enjoy the lakes.

HI Guys, hope you getting through today. Was a privilege to meet you all last night and be part of your journey. Such a great story you guys have. I have got a vid of the taping technique - but for yours you need to bring it round the foot the way I showed to get the tension and support where its needed.
Good luck guys and look forward to tracking you to the end.

Senior moment. Can someone confirm who has the foot injury. I thought it was Pete. Hope it's not too cold where you are tonight.

Hiya lads
Been following your progress with great interest and no little admiration. I don't know how you stay on your feet for so long day after day; it certainly puts my "LeJog" efforts on the bike into the shade.
Sorry to hear about the dodgy foot, John, but I feel sure, given careful management, it can be overcome.
Oh and one last thing, remember , whatever you do, watch out for irratically flying aircraft tonight
Iains
Well done guys and I hope the foot continues to improves. Happy to report no flying puddings on Wednesday night!
