Ok extra special blog to everyone as a massive apology!
Sounds stupid but I've only just realized how to read all the comments on the blog entries! So just read through 5 pages worth to catch up.
Feel horrible as you must have all thought I've been ignoring you! Not at all the case - ive been wondering why no ones commenting!
Bit of a long story but I use an app on my iPhone to update the blog, really easy to use as it simplifies it compared to the web page. However doesn't let me check the comments!
Anyway to make up for it - some replies in no particular order:
Amy - thanks! Time difference is very odd, keep thinking of ringing home over breakfast only to remember it's 3 in the morning! Think it will be worse in Australia, and even more confusing when I cross the date line. Hope Alfie isn't too crazy, think that applies to Ollie too! (hehe) loving the colouring book too. I'll show you all the pretty pictures I've done at the end. Nearly bought some new colours the other day (I'm really after a purple) but thought that would be too sad!
Steph - thanks for reading, seriously looking forward to some chilling out in France when this is all done. Got some amazing photos for you. Wrote you out a postcard the other day, still got to find some stamps and I'll send it. The address stickers were very useful though. Not seen the film bridge over the river Kwai but did write about it in the postcard. Seriously up for a Thai cooking night when I'm over, if I can remember how to do it in 4 months time! And yes, I'll watch out for poisonous seaweed. Wasn't that keen on trying the seaweed - figured it's quite similar to the sushi? So can't really count it as trying something new. Not tried durain fruit, someone told me about some fruit that tasted great but smelled like rotting flesh? Not sure if it's the same thing. Going to a market in the Burma/thailand border in the next week, not really much further than that though, gets a bit weird with visas and suchlike.
Auntie Claire and Uncle Ian - glad your enjoying the blog, will have to come see you guys in sept before uni. Written you out a postcard too, just got to find stamps! 25 sounds heavenly, its way too hot here! Have fun with meals, dad and waggies. Hopefully I'll ring you guys sometime tomorrow while dads down.
Gwen - thanks for reading! The job is at camp manitou (google it for photos) and is on a camp for children age 13 - 17. Its an adventure camp so they do lots of things - watersports on the lake, then rock climbing, overnight camping etc. Start on the 22nd of June and finish on the 18 of aug. Will really help me pay for university. And have a good time on my short trip to the USA, can't even spend it on alcohol though as I'm too young! (it's 18 in the uk)
Claire (69A) - well done to David! Tell him to pull his finger out next time though! Not sure about a conservatory - bit of a difference between badly building a water tower and that! Glad to hear even the girls are reading it, will keep that in mind when writing about the wild parties! Not tried any bugs yet, dont think the locals actually eat them, it's just a novelty for tourists. Got to try it anyway!
Dan Dan and Kris - thanks for reading! Glad to hear you're enjoying it. Will be in the USA between the 19th and 24th of august. And unfortunately I'm going to be in Los Angeles, quite a way away from you guys from what I hear?
Steven - hey! Hope you're doing ok. Really cool youre reading my blog, makes me feel very international! Really sorry but only in the USA for 6 days, and doing Los Angeles. Will have to come out during university or afterwards though!
Grandma and grandad - Thanks for the messages and for reading. Glad you figured it out on the pc! Will hopefully chat to you guys tomorrow.
Meals - be strong young one. 'loft monsters will never hurt you' and if they get you and the sun goes down, and if they get you take this spike, and...
Can't upload without a photo - my first bit of man bling (my lucky monk bracelet!)
Thank you all so much for commenting!

Momma Fantabulous (using one of Steph's words) to talk to you yesterday, sounds like your really enjoying yourself. Meals and Rebe had their photoshoot yesterday and the photos are stunning. She now has a 6ft cardboard cut out of 'Ron' in her room :) from her friends. I'm off to France tomorrow but I'll keep checking your blog, take care, hb's Mx
Uncle Dan Dan Joshua, Your desriptive writing style has me anticipating your updates. They are very well done! Kris and I would gladly take a couple days vacation days and meet you in LA if it was only a little closer to us! Keep up the blog and you will cherish the memories one day.You have come long way from the day I first met you as a baby screaming your head off and mad at the world.Haha Happy Easter!
stephanie Hey Joshie! No apology necessary. (but great to hear your responses to all the comments- tee hee!) I love the man bling- & what a very artistic photo. of it too. Talking of photos.- have you checked your Mum's FB page? The piccy of Meals is AMAZINGLY FANTABULOUS!!!!!! Keep blogging, but, above all, keep safe, & have lots of fun, Sx PS I think the poisonous seaweed is "wet" rather than the "dry" (roasted) nori they use in sushi- & is to be avoided I think..... And yes- the rotting flesh description is of durian- you HAVE to try that!
