I loved this dish! It's called Tagen, and basically its chicken, red and green pepers, onions, mushrooms and red sauce thats put in this little stoneware bowl, the bowl is cooked in the oven and then put directly on your table from the oven! The food was so savory!!! I wasn't even that hungry but I had to eat every last bit!
