Gauchos in action...this was amazing, not put on for tourists. Guahcos are mythical argentine cowboys. The land they have on their ranches (estanicas) is like 20,000 hectares which is HUGE. They spend days out in the country and mountains by themselves just to herd up their cows, this is why the meat in argentina is amazing, all that space.
