What a cool little place. After our most extensive border checks yet we discovered that Emma had in fact smuggled a tangerine in...this is illegal...but we think we got away with it! San Pedro is a small town with dirt roads and tons of dogs, filled with trendy bars and restaurants and the bohemian set. Still cold but sunny in the day time we only drink (jeeze the price has gone up!!!) in bars with outside fire pits, why we dont have these in the UK I just dont know. (basically a large shallow hole in the ground with nice rocks around the edge and a load of flaming hot bits of wood in the middle. In one bar we are visited by Zorro (some local nut dressed in the full gear, loving Chile already!)
