Hope it wasn't more diffiicult going downhill than up .The pics look amazing liked the scots flag at the top . As for the flight over the Nazca lines know exactly how you you felt, Rescue remedie works a treat but takes a long time to work .Enjoy the rest of your travels .

You will be pleased to hear from one member of the family that it is not too hot. Here in Fort William, today, the sun was shining and it was just fine for walking, gardening etc. I do hope the trek went well and that you did not find it too difficult.

We're just back from a couple of days at Coylumbridge, very relaxing. Keeping father on the straight and narrow with the boss being in USA. Both seem to be becoming very computer literate.

Ron started a secondment in Ambulance control this week for 6 months as a Paramedic Clinical Advisor. So far so good.
