Well you're now in NZ - the adreneline junkie capital of the world, so when are you doing the bungee jump & skydrive etc etc, or did you leave your nerve at the bottom of the ocean with the sharks in Fiji?!? (Your Mum is going to kill me for encouraging you to continue dicing with death by the way!).
Anyway, all the photos and updates are fantastic & I'm glad your still having a ball and living the dream.
>> Jai, hahaha see that Mum - it's all Caroline's fault.Bungee jumping, sky diving, black water rafting and glacier hikes hadn't even crossed my mind! :)
Yeah will give it all a go but not sure on the Skydive - just depends how much it is really.Luckily the place I really want to do it is in Franz Josef which is a glacier on the south island, so it would be absolutely stunning if I do and it will be right at the end of our time in New Zealand so will know better nearer the time.Trying to talk Selena in to it too, but considering I couldn't even get her on the boat when I did the Shark dive I don't think the chances are very high.
Xx.

Thanks again for the massive trans atlantic hugs they were much needed. You'll be pleased to know that we have finally caught up with your site, my god I can't believe how you get the time to put sooo much on there!!! Are you missing anything yet? Jaime and I were talking the other night whilst catching up on your travels on your site and Jaime made the comment on how you guys seem to be doing so much and how you must be on a constant high, taking in all the sites, cultures oh and cocktails. What with no work to think about and the general day to day things not to concern yourself with and the alcohol to mellow you out, you must be having a ball. I think you are gonna need councilling when you do get back (I'm not wishing your time away) it's just that I have the holiday blues when I get back from being abroad for just 2 weeks, but you will have been away for so long that little miss sunshine is gonna be little miss depressed when you do get back. Sorry I'm rambling, anyway carry on enjoying your time away but look after your liver ;- ) I'm so jealous.
Missing you sooo much.
Love A J E K & R xXx

Hi Jai
Pictures of Fiji are stunning but why aren't there any of the golf course? Please try harder.
Unfortunately your old car has gone to the scrap yard in the sky, Sophie broke down on the journey from Glastonbury to Luton and it never recovered. We didn't send flowers as Sophie had stuck pastel coloured daisey transfers on it prior to Glastonbury so it had a good send off!
I may have to follow your journey when I retire in 20 months time!
>> Jai, and they say our poor Emergency Services are over worked! 20 months time - mind you I suppose you are getting on a bit now. ;) hehehe
Oh no I can't believe it died! A weekend at Glastonbury can do that to you. Glad it had a nice send off though :)
Xx.

Hi Jai
Love the pics, especially the parking sign! I took a great one in Glastonbury of a sign saying "no camping beyond this point" as you can image there were tents every where!! Sophie went as well as a fire steward in the leftfield, musically the highlight was the scissor sisters supported by kyle and the low point was the tutti frutti cider, not a patch on the toffee and caramel one!
Vicki has completed her A levels and has left school and waiting her results and Claire passed her final exams and has now qualified as a vet. Sophie is home with Steff and is about to start working for General Motors in Luton and my Dad has had his hip replacement at last and is home and recovering well.
My golf is going well (thought you'd be interested!!) how about a few pics of golf courses?
Hope you are well and everything is going even better than planned!
Jai >> Hey Uncle Raymond, I saw your pics of Glastonbury - I still can't believe the Fire Service manage to blag that as 'a job'! ;) You guys looked like you had a lot of fun. Yeah saw Scissor Sisters too when they were the final act at V a few years back - absolutley brilliant :)
Glad your golf is going well. We're actually staying in a hotel atm in Fiji which has a golf course, so you never know your luck!
Hope your dad recovers quickly - I'll pop down and see you all for a bit when I get back.
We're in Fiji atm, and flying down to New Zealand on Sunday. It's only 3 hours away from here, so not too bad at all really. It's absolutely flying by - I can't believe we'll be onto our 3rd destination by the end of the week!
Gotta run as we are going kayaking up the river for an hour - nothing like what we did in Turkey, this is just a calm river that runs down the back of the hotel.
Xx.
Mum

Hi jai
loving all the pictures but it make my week in Croatia look a bit boring in comparision!!! Never mind I'm off to Glastonbury next week with my "special pass!!!"
Jai >> Glad you liked the special pics I took for you :) What part of Croatia did you go to? I really want to check out Dubrovnic when I'm back :) Have fun at Glastonbury - if it's anything like the stories from last year I'm sure you will!! Xx.
Caroline
Hey hun
I'm gathering by the fact that you are updating your blog and photos that they let you back out of Alcatraz ha ha!!!
Jai >> Hahaha, yeah apparently I was too much for them to handle! ;) Sissy's. Although they did give me an "Alcatraz psycho ward outpatient" tshirt :) Xx.
Jai >> I've also got the task of writing up Blogs and sorting pics from San Fran, our road trip, and the journey through the Rockies which I'm hoping to get up-to-date with this week. I need a PA! ;) Xx.
Caroline >> You do need a PA. I know an excellent one who is currently looking for work. I'm sure they would be easily convinced; no salary required just travel expenses?!?!?! xx
Simon
Hey Jai, In the vein of USA 'AWESOME, you guys totally rock!'. We had one day in San Fran, weather wasn't great. The UK is hotter than here - typical! Now in Morro Bay CA catching up with the family. Miami is body beautiful hey! Sounds like you are having a fantastic time. Is time flying? You checked out Nikki beach club? Be safe, Simon.
Ray
Hi Jai
It's no good telling us all about the beautiful women in Miami and then putting up beach pictures without any of them in it! Rememeber your prevy uncles and be more thoughtful in future, it's a matter of respect!!
Loving your journal and pictures but worried about you with all that food, you'll hardly have time to talk!!!
Jai >> Check out the New Orleans pics - they're especially for you ;) Xx.
Mum
