a six hour bus journey to the north of the country we got to the border town of Salto. its a thermal area so i think its just good place to stop on teh way to iguassu before we cross teh border back into argentina. other than that, its dead, even samll than colonia and nothing going on. so we wspent all afternoon yesterday at the spas. it was so nice and relaxing. me and andrew both got massages again and i decided ive have my first facial. for about a fiver it was defo worth it. some funky massage tools, pore scrapers and god knows what else. i pretty much fell aslepp int eh chair by the end of it, it was great.

came back and slept again int eh evening as we hadnt done the night before. and once again, we enede up slepping right through. since no one else went out int eh end, they didnt wake us up so we missed it. well, not that there was a lot to miss but still. it dropped to -10 here last night which we werent very impressed about. especially sicne we handnt worked out how to switch the heating on so we were rapped up in thermals and jackets last night.

today we are just waiting around until we cross over the border. think we might go to teh zoo. the plans were in teh air this moring as there isa dispute between argentina and uruguay over a paper factory they want to build ont eh border. argentina wont let them so uruguay close the border every so often in some sort of retaliation. but its seems everytihn gis ok today so we should make it to iguassu falls by tomorrow.
