American falls

Friday 19 August - Niagra Falls. This is an awesome spectacle 10,000 cubic feet of water over the falls ever minute. The Canadians really got the best deal with the horeshoe falls and the sound is just all engulfing. The boat trip really imprints the sound, Rush and feel of all the water, sailing into great columns of spray takes your breath away. At night the light show is something else.

Beavers! Didn't see the culprits, just their handiwork

Thursday 18 August, the Nottowasaga River just before sun up. Early morning fishing trip, I have never fished before so a speed lesson in spin casting and off we go. No fish biting on that day, but I did to see bald eagle, dipper, snapper turtle, kingfisher and some solid work done by beavers. More photos to follow!
