Wednesday 27th May Arrived safe and well in Canada last night. The flight from Glasgow to Philadelphia went on forever but I would totally recommend US Airways, so much food!! Through the 7.5 hour flight we got enough food for about 3 days! I had a change over in Phili and on to Toronto where I was then picked up by the cousins. After being up for almost 24 hours I went sound asleep last night for a few hours. Not very good with this time differences though, it'...

Thursday 28th May Been up to a farmers market at St Jacobs today with Laura, Tyler, Larissa and Joel. Some interesting things to see and do there! Picture was taken with the wooden horses :) we had a walk down the Main Street there as well and had a really nice lunch before heading back up. Also tried some apple fritters today... Yum with Syrup!! A must try!

Thursday 28th May Yesterday afternoon when we got back from badlands, John and I went to the pub for a few drinks. Met up with Derek, was good seeing him and catching up after 5 years. Laura, Tyler and Sarah came to meet us where we all went to the next pub to meet Trevor and Cristy who are a lovely couple. Had food and a few drinks with them before heading back. Think John and me had a good night by the looks of this picture when we got back in!!

After a lovely night last night with the MacIntyres chilling out and eating out that's me now in Glasgow Airport. Currently sitting in Frankie and Bennys watching the planes taking off and landing while enjoying scrambled eggs on toast for breakfast. All checked in, through security and now it's just the waiting game. Feeling really nervous today, but can't wait to get on the plane and chill out for a while. Well today is the day! That's me all packed and ready to head to the airport. Very mixed feelings this morning - excited, nervous, happy but also sad to be saying 'see you later' to everyone. I think the excitement is taking over everything else though, its come round so fast and still can't believe that's me heading off today! Plenty more blog updates to come, take care all! X
